Help Support Homeowners in Our Community!
Our Homeowner Services team is seeking 1–2 dedicated volunteers to provide in-person support to applicants throughout the application process. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a direct impact by helping individuals access important resources while creating a welcoming and supportive experience.
Volunteer Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one assistance to applicants completing program applications
Help scan and organize documents into our secure electronic filing system
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and care
Create a welcoming, respectful, and supportive environment for all applicants
Assist with basic administrative tasks related to the application process
Desired Qualifications
Friendly, patient, and comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer skills, including data entry and document scanning
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
