Week of Building Hope: Northside Builds

Description

Join our build sites during the Week of Building Hope to celebrate our 40th Anniversary!

ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD:

Better Housing Coalition (BHC) is the master developer for Highland Grove, a 33-acre, mixed-income subdivision that will redevelop and revitalize the former Dove Court public housing complex in North Richmond.

BHC has engaged three additional seasoned community development nonprofit organizations to partner in the Highland Grove project: the Maggie Walker Community Land Trust, project:HOMES, and Richmond Metropolitan Habitat for Humanity. The project partners will work collaboratively to construct and sell high-quality, single-family homes to first-time homebuyers.
