ABOUT VOLUNTEERING:
- Minimum age- PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING UP IF AGE 16 OR 17: All volunteers must be 16 years of age or older to volunteer on a construction site. Any volunteers under the age of 18 cannot use power tools or ladders and scaffolding that are more than 4 feet. Please check the tasks below or email wguthrie@richmondhabitat.org if you have questions about work being done on the build during your day of interest.
- Clothing: Volunteers must wear closed-toed shoes. Volunteers should wear comfortable clothing that they don't mind getting dirty. Dress appropriately for the weather and keep in mind that neither indoor nor outdoor work sites have heat or air conditioning.
- Please bring a Lunch and water is provided.
- Please be advised that a Volunteer Waiver is required to participate in this opportunity. If you did not complete one during registration you will not have access to the opportunities below. You can fill one out by clicking the RESPOND button to the right of the screen.
