Help Habitat with a deconstruction project. This includes demo of several items (flooring, cabinets, doors, windows, and trim) in the house. Volunteers will also help us to take these items to another house in Chester from the house in Richmond.
- Minimum age: All volunteers must be 16 years of age or older to volunteer on a construction site. Any volunteers under the age of 18 need to have a waiver signed by their parent/guardian.
- Clothing: Volunteers must wear closed-toed shoes. Volunteers should wear comfortable clothing that they don't mind getting dirty. Dress appropriately for the weather and keep in mind that neither indoor nor outdoor work sites have heat or air conditioning.
- Please bring a Lunch and water is provided.
